Job Requirements

Automotive experience not required

2 years of successful sales experience.

Excellent, one time closing skills.

Possesses passion for cars.

Comfortable operating in a computer in a computer based environment.

Self- motivated and enjoy unlimited earnings potential.

Ability to lead, manage and motivate fellow associates.

Performs their work with a high standard of excellence and honesty.

Take pride in everything they do both within and outside of workplace.

Superior ability to positively relate and communicate with customers, including outstanding telephone skills
